Yoi.
1. Starting from an attention stance with the feet in a "v" position, explode into kibadachi zuki kamae and hold that focus.
2. With tension, slowly draw back the fists to a kamae position.
3. Now, quickly block with an age-jujiuke (left over right) and apply tension as the arms slowly descend in front of the body into a double gandan barai to the sides.
4. The arms now move up quickly through the centre of the body (left over right) and around in a circular motion tensing as you finish with a kakiwake uke (floating x block).
5. Step forward quickly into a right Zenkutsudachi and retract the fists into a kamae position.
6. Then, slowly with tension, perform a double zuki to the solar plexus area.
7. Now, advance forward quickly into a left Zenkutsudachi and again repeat the double zuki to the solar plexus.
8. Draw back the left leg into kibadachi and immediately return the fists to a kamae position.
9. Quickly, block with a age-juji-uke (left over right) and apply tension as the arms slowly descend in front of the body into a double gandan barai to the sides.
10. The arms now move up quickly the centre of the body (left over right) and around in a circular motion tensing as you finish with a kakiwake uke (floating x block).
11. Retract the fists quickly to kamae position to execute a jujiuke (right on top of left) at the solar plexus.
12. With tension, slowly draw the fists to a kamae position.
13.Draw the left foot to the right until the feet come to a "v" position.
