1. Look left. Step out to your left into hidari kokutsu dachi (left back stance), while bringing the right hand to a protection form over the forehead, palm out, and simultaneously performing a hidari jodan haishu uke (left upper over-hand block). The upper arm is parallel to the ground and slightly above the forehead, while the left hand is perpendicular to the ground.
2. Look right. Bring the left foot back in towards the right foot so that it is now in the same position that it started in. Turn the hands palm inwards, and step out to your right into migi kokutsu dachi (right back stance), driving the hands to the right with the left hand in a protection form over the forehead, palm out, and simultaneously performing a migi jodan haishu uke (right upper over-hand block).
3. Looking forward, simultaneously step forward with the left foot and back with the right so that you assume a proper hidari zenkutsu dachi (left forward stance) while drawing back both hands to kamae. Now drive the fists out to perform juji uke (X-block), right over left.
4. Step forward with the right into migi kokutsu dachi while performing a migi morote uke (right augmented block; one arm and fist support a migi ude uke) then draw the morote uke back towards the right ear and raising the right elbow up to approximately shoulder height. This is to block the side of the head in the event the punch is a mawashi-zuki (roundhouse punch).
5. Bring the left foot forward and together with the right foot into heisoku dachi (closed toes stance) while bringing the right fist back to kamae and the left arm across the front of the body at chudan level in a ready position.

7. Step to the left, twisting the hips into hidari zenkutsu dachi while executing a migi yoko enpai uchi (right sideward elbow strike).
8. Bring the right foot in towards the left into heisoku dachi so that you are now facing in the direction of the start of the kata, while bringing the left fist back to kamae and the right arm across the front of the body at chudan level in a ready position.

Execute migi mae geri keage and lunge forward into migi gyaku nekoashi dachi (right reverse cat stance) while simultaneously performing hidari otoshi uke (left downward press block) and migi tate uraken uchi (right vertical backfist strike).KIAI. During this simultaneous hand movement, the left hand comes down from the protection form at the side of the head to press block the opponents punch or kick. As you are pressing downwards with the left, the right hand releases the arm and circularly comes up from underneath over the press block to execute the uraken. The left hand completes the press block and ends in kamae.
14. Turn 225 degrees to the left on the right foot into hidari nekoashi dachi (left cat stance) while performing a hidari jodan ude uke (left upper inside block).
15. Placing weight onto the front foot, perform migi mae geri keage and step into migi zenkutsu dachi. Execute a migi jun-zuki (right lunge punch) then a hidari gyaku-zuki (left reverse punch).

22. Thrust the hands out to the jodan (upper) level as if to grasp the opponents head, then simultaneously pull down and out with the hands while executing migi hiza geri (right knee kick), thus striking the opponent in the face with the knee.KIAI. The hands should be out to the side and in fists.

24. Looking left, twist the hips around 135 degrees to the left into hidari kokutsu dachi while simultaneously performing hidari jodan kake uke (left upper hook block) and migi chudan otoshi uke (right middle downward press block). Pull the hands inwards so that the right palm heel rests near the knot of your belt while drawing the left leg inwards so that heels touch. The bunkai for this movement is to trap and lock the opponents arm.

Step out 90 degrees to the right into migi kokutsu dachi while simultaneously performing migi chudan otoshi uke (right middle press block) and hidari gandan otoshi uke (left lower downward press block).
